A word from the chairman

JPJ Invest is the newest member of the Jebsen & Jessen Family Enterprise.

Its purpose is to identify and invest in SMEs which are overlooked or considered too small to be of interest to multi-billion dollar investors such as hedge funds, private equity firms or sovereign wealth funds.

JPJ Invest offers a different perspective to owners and shareholders who wish to divest for various reasons.

Owners of private family businesses in particular are not always keen to transfer their life’s work and legacy to just any investor. They may prefer their enterprise to come under the care of like-minded people who think long-term and whose values are in line with their own.
